If you've seen Research In Motion's new haiku contest (#PlayBookHaiku), you might learned that it's open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada. But unless you read the fine print (see above) on the BlackBerry site regarding eligibility, you might not know that those dumb Canadians apparently have to prove themselves worthy before getting the prize!
How is this real? It's gotta be a joke. The legal department at RIM must've been drunk when they penned this.

UPDATE: From the twitterstream, somebody said this is Canadian law. That actually makes this funnier. The legal department at RIM isn't drunk, it's the regulators in Canada who are hitting the bottle a bit too much!
